ACRO YOGA WORKSHOP - $65pp
Join us for a 2-hour beginner-friendly Acro Yoga workshop designed to explore movement, connection, and play in a safe and supportive environment.
No previous experience is needed — just playful vibes to challenge both body and mind.
This workshop introduces Acro Yoga as a partner practice, blending strength, balance, and trust. You’ll learn how to work together safely through clear communication, consent, and the role of spotting.
What to expect:
- A welcoming circle to connect, set intentions, and introduce the foundations of Acro Yoga.
- Fun partner games and warm-ups to build trust and awaken the body.
- Core Acro basics, starting with Bird pose and smooth weight transitions.
-A progressive Acro flow, exploring poses like Throne, Chair, and Foot-to-Shin
Plenty of time to rotate roles (base, flyer, spotter) so everyone experiences each perspective
-Optional playful challenges for those who want to explore a little more: whale pose.
- A short closing circle to integrate learnings and share appreciation
This workshop is about connection over performance, laughter over perfection, and discovering what’s possible when we support one another.
Come solo or with a friend — you’ll be partnered thoughtfully throughout the session.
